Please complete the following form if you are in need of clothing. Make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Submit button. You must live in one of the following zip codes to request clothing: 21048, 21071, 21074, 21155, 21117, 21136, or 21784.

Please note that all requests are subject to clothing size and availability. Allow 7 to 10 days for processing. CCC will contact you when your request is ready for pick up. We do not ship or mail clothing. Clothing orders must be picked up within 30 days from the time CCC notifies you. After 30 days, all unclaimed clothing orders will be used to fulfill new orders and you will have to submit a new clothing request form.
