๐ Food Pantry
CCC provides supplemental food to neighbors in need. We distribute a mix of purchased food, donated food, and USDA foods (TEFAP) when available through our twice-weekly drive-through distributions. Any Maryland resident who meets income guidelines may receive food. No ID or documentation is required. Walk-up service is available for neighbors on foot or using public transit.
๐๏ธ Home Delivery
CCC offers limited home delivery forย neighbors who are homebound or unable to travel to the pantry due to age, disability, mobility limitations, or medical conditions. Delivery is available only inย Reisterstown, Owings Mills, and Glyndon.
Delivery requests must be made 2โ3 days in advance. Same-day and next-day delivery cannot be accommodated. Availability depends on volunteer capacity.
๐งผ Personal Care Program
At every distribution, CCC provides more than food. Neighbors also receive essential personal care and household items such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies. These are items that cannot be purchased with SNAP (food stamps), yet they are vital to health and dignity.
๐งท Bottoms Up Program
As part of our personal care efforts, the Bottoms Up Program focuses on diaper need, period poverty, and incontinence supplies.
- Diapers help parents care for infants and toddlers.
- Period products ensure no one has to miss school, work, or community life.
- Incontinence supplies bring comfort and dignity to older adults and those with medical needs.
Like other personal care essentials, none of these items are covered by SNAP benefits. Bottoms Up makes sure every neighbor has access to products that protect health and restore dignity.
๐ Clothing Room & Cold Weather Gear
A warm coat, sturdy shoes, or school-ready clothes can make a big difference. CCCโs clothing services are volunteer-led, with requests processed in 7โ10 days so families can ask for specific items they need. Each year, we also distribute coats, hats, gloves, and scarves directly from the driveway, making sure neighbors are prepared for the winter months. These seasonal cold-weather gear drives bring comfort, warmth, and peace of mind.
๐ School Supplies
Every fall, CCC helps children and teens get ready for school with backpacks, notebooks, and other essentials. Supplies are donated through community drives and generous local partners and then distributed so students can start the school year prepared and confident.
๐ Bundle of Hope Outreach
Sometimes neighbors canโt make it to us, so we meet them where they are. The Bundle of Hope program provides pre-packed bags with seasonal clothing, personal care products, and a CCC brochure. Volunteers distribute them directly to unsheltered neighbors in our community.
๐ Special Events & Holiday Drives
At CCC, we believe everyone deserves to feel celebrated. Alongside meeting urgent needs, we bring moments of joy through seasonal and holiday programs:
- Easter baskets filled with treats and small gifts for children
- Motherโs Day & Fatherโs Day gifts honoring parents who give so much
- Holiday meals and toys to help families gather and celebrate together
These touches remind neighbors that their community stands beside them not only in crisis, but also in joy.
๐ Information & Referral
CCC goes beyond providing a bag of food. At each distribution, we share information on community resources and connect neighbors to services that support long-term stability.
- Local partners are invited to visit and share information on benefits and programs.
- The public library joins us monthly to highlight offerings like ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes and community events.
- Neighbors also receive flyers and guides about SNAP, WIC, and other available supports.
By bringing partners on-site and sharing trusted information, we help neighbors discover resources, ask questions, and find the right supports to meet their needs.
